I was recently asked to be part of a video asking folks to donate money for Motor Neurone Disease. Who asked me... a guy named Sticky. He's an incredible Parkour athlete and plans to freerun 1000 miles from John O'groats to Paris in February '10. Pretty intense! He's a hugely determined guy and an awesome athlete and there's no doubt he's gonna make it.
