Van fail!

After an ace couple of shows for this years Dot to Dot with my band, we were excited to be headed to Manchester to finish the trio... until this happened!

We didn't make it for the show but had a nice walk in the moors n a cuppa in a cosy pub in the middle of nowhere...

Still, dot to dot this year was amazing, especially the Nottingham show, best with my band yet I think.
Here's to a new van!

New vids weather fail

We spent all day yesterday waiting for the rain to stop to film some new videos - it never did. Here's the sorry scene, my equipment under cover.

I have 2 hrs before leaving to play a show in Cambridge with my band to try and get one done... COME ONE TODAYS WEATHER!

Here's a video of my band performing a new track, Mining For Diamonds in a sand dune. I'm beatboxing all the way through.
It's recorded binaurally by Dallas Simpson (the guy in the middle of us!)

First of the Festival Fun

I'm headed off to play my first UK festival of the year - Bearded Theory in Derbyshire.
It's a day off from my bands tour and i'm missioning it up from Brighton, back down there tomorrow to play at the Hope, last show of the tour with my band!
I shall be announcing a few other festival appearances very soon, hope to see some of you at some of them!

To announce the tour I've uploaded a live video of my playing Where Is My Mind, recorded at Proud2 in March. It's the first time i've played the track live.

THANKYOU for the appreciation i'm getting for my recent video. It's amazing how well it's been received - it's now amassed over 800,000 views, was the #1 top rated and favourited UK music video on youtube and the Pixies themselves posted it on their site. Amazing.
